We have been organising our tournament at Torquay for ten years. Situated on the English Riviera it is one of the most stylish seaside resorts in the UK. Its elegant Victorian terraces and seven famous hills, provide a beautiful backdrop to its modern facilities such as the Riviera centre and busy shopping complex.

The waterfront is the focus of the town, with many restaurants and smart cafes clustering around the little harbour and international marina. The cuisine is truly cosmopolitan: English, French, American, Mexican, Italian, Greek, Thai, Indian and Cantonese. And last but not least , the unmissable award winning local seafood restaurants. The town takes on a Mediterranean atmosphere in the evenings with crowds strolling along the promenade past gently swaying palm trees. There's a choice of nine marvellous beaches, whose high standard of water purity and facilities, means that Torquay boasts more Blue Flag beaches than any other resort in the UK.

ACCOMMODATION:
4, 6 and 8 berth Mobile homes. Also 6 berth apartments
The resort offers a variety of accommodation and standards in either mobile homes or holiday apartments. All holiday homes have two or three bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area with TV, bath / shower, WC and sink and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Linen is provided in all grades of accommodation, however towels, toiletries and tea towels are not included. The holiday centre is situated on one of Torquay’s many hills giving fantastic views over the area.
 

 
Tournament Details
 

TOURNAMENT. Our well established tournaments in Torquay have in the past attracted teams from all over the United Kingdom.  For the 10th consecutive year we have organised the TORQUAY CLASSIC and the TORQUAY CHAMPIONSHIP which have grown in size each year. This year, the tournament will take place at The Devon FA  County Grounds, which provide excellent facilities. Teams from Under 8 to Under 13 are invited to enter these tournaments and entry is recommended as quickly as possible.  We anticipate that each age group will have upto nine teams, proving each team with eight matches plus finals during the two day event.
